How much salary should I expect for Process Engineer II from Applied Materials, Phoenix, AZ? From initial interview I guess the maximum for such role can be 115k. A new phd grad starts at E3. You have experience on top of that. An E2 offer for you is a MASSIVE lowball offer. Negotiate for E3 at a minimum.
