Product Career: Intuit Group Product Manager vs Facebook L6
As Product Manager (GPM level / FinTech), I have offers from Intuit GPM and Facebook L6 with Same TC ($420). Which one should I take? Why? Just wanted to get a pulse check from this great community!

Is intuit as good for resume for PMs as FB? I always thought FB was considered top tier for PM whereas I’ve never really heard of Intuit being in that category. Also, tc or gtfo!

Super low. Amazon L7 which maps to FB L6 goes to like 500 for PM’s.
Also, how does intuit level map to FB? Are they equal?

Honestly they’re very different roles between L6 and being a GPM. What do you want to do? For TC - Facebook still has room to get higher. Also mind sharing TC breakdown at Intuit?
L6 tc sounds low for FB. Top of band l5 offer is around 400 + 50 sign on
can you break down the $420K Intuit TC on your offer (base+bonus+stock)? did that include a sign-on bonus?
GPM has higher career / longs term upside i think? if the meta role doesn’t have directs … not sure though. also depends what kind of work you want to do. i think intuit is more likely to have a positive work environment also
