Definitely not Lead PE with your yoe. Principal PE or above. How did the interview go and which team?

Intel Adhad OP Jan 16, 2020

Yes. Interview went good .. for Conformal Product. TC range for Principal PE Role ?

Which group? Just curious.

Try for principal if no Sr principal. Current tc ?

AMD gmkgddgvh Jan 16, 2020

Cadence is good in low balling. Go for Sr PE if possible. They always give reason like you don't have prior experience in AE, product etc so can't convince management to give Sr. PE . 3-4yr work ex = lead 6-8 yr work ex = principal Above 8yr work ex = Sr. Principal

Thanks for the response.I think Current TC does not have to be disclosed during HR discussion. Could any one let me know the reasonable TC range for both Principal and Sr.Principal PE Roles?

AMD gmkgddgvh Jan 16, 2020

For lead they offer around $140k base,$35k stocks and $15k sign on and around 15% bonus target..so around $180k tc. You should target $200-220k tc.

Lol they offered me that for lead. Infact mine was better.
