Product Management Tech Mentor

Hi, I am a first generation Latina living in the US working as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, I feel I am stuck at this point of my career mainly because I do not know how to navigate politics at Amazon. I would like to see if anyone would be willing to become my mentor. I have been trying to move to a more technical position for the past year but I have not been successful at it.
