Currently L4 at Goog 6 yoe, 4 as PM. Should I ask for retention at google or ask meta to meet LinkedIn?

LinkedIn culture is not what it used to be, so it's hardly better than Meta.In terms of comp, LI does not offer refreshers nearly as much as Meta, so it's not a clear winner in terms of TC either. NGL those MSFT RSUs are sweet though

Are PMs on the same pay band as SWEs? This looks a bit low for L5 but not sure if it’s because the market
Non tech roles are like a level down from SWEs. PMs, UX, etc. What you make as senior we would need to be staff to hit.
For PM it’s True at lower lever, but not after L7 ou Director level
