The top 5% get the highest, then it’s a 10% band, then the next 55-60% of performers then a 15-20% band which needs improvement and he bottom bucket is either too New to rate or on the way out. As you can see, most people fit in that middle “strong” bucket and the expectations are you are hitting strong or better at all competencies. That is how the bonus is paid out.
