Futures team has a pretty cool mission! I haven’t worked on that team or with them so I can’t speak to their culture. PM overall is better than other companies I’ve been at. PMs should be deeply understanding customer problems and defining the product strategy. Level of autonomy depends on leveling. Team culture varies by team.
