Yea the p/i role appears to be a good opportunity for growth and to diversify my background. It is one level higher tho t4. Im ar t3-3
P/I gets paid a little better than services and that’s coming from a colleague who works with compensations. I have worked in both, and in my personal experience, P/I is better aligned with the company culture as well.
Typically services/sales has better bonus and have accelerators too. P/I are fixed. Please hear from someone who has been on both sides and have 20+ exp, don't make career decision with $ and title as priority. Put a plan/roadmap and try your best to follow that and you will need some luck as well. Having said that services/client experiences help with products!
