Program Manager at Convoy

I am soon going to appear for Program Manager interview with recruiter at #Convoy. Unlike most of the companies, I am finding it hard to get resources like interview experiences of people at Convoy, work culture, compensation based data online. If you have previously #interviewed with this company or work there, can you please share your experiences in comments? Also, what should I expect in the entire interview process (e.g. No of rounds, do’s and don’ts etc.) Also, in Q2 Convoy has laid off approx. 7% of its entire workforce, should I be worried about the future if I pursue this opportunity? Please advise. #pm #programmanager Current TC- 110K

I worked for convoy for a little over 2 years. Here are my tips: - lots of people in tech go to Convoy, to expect interviewers to want to hear situations with data and how you drove impact - questions are behavioral so answer in the STAR format - expect at least 1 initial (phone interview), then 4-5 interviews if you make it to the loop that can have 1-2 people during each interview (one person may be shadowing the interviewer) - I left convoy shortly after layoffs, I wasn’t laid off myself but chose to leave for a new opportunity; they didn’t indicate they were going to do layoffs again but ultimately they cannot promise you anything - convoy is a startup and things move fast, you’ll have the opportunity to learn a lot and gain a lot of really good experiences and skills Good luck!

I worked at convoy as an early employee for 4 years. Program Management may be great, stay far far from Operations. It’s a mess and they’re constantly losing talent for overwork and under appreciation.

This hasn’t changed about Operations.
