Hey Folks, I just accepted offer from Nordstrom. Base 170K Sign On: 25K Target Bonus: 25% YOE: 9 Can someone tell when I will be eligible for promotion and can expect a salary hike??

You probably already got this answered since you’ve been at JWN a few months now… just in case: raises happen once a year in Mar/April. They are small raises, not salary hikes. Promotions in tech are evaluated twice a year. Your eligibility will depend on the impact you’ve made and feedback about your performance. Talk to your mgr if you are interested in a promotion and feel it is warranted.
