Considering an offer from Intuit for an analytics role for a "manager 2". How difficult is it to get promoted from manager 2 to manager 3 after joining. I know it depends on performance and impact etc. But any feedback from intuit folks would help.
Go away, we have enough managers.
It can be hard if you're on the lower level of Manager 2.. there's a wide range of experience within the Manager 2 level.
Intuit prefers to offer “lateral” moves without more comp than promotions.
You can learn a new function like HR. That one comes with the benefit of working from home/ never being on site on a Friday. None are ever at MTV those days. Confirmed by badge data
How can I get badge data? I wanna start a leaderboard to show how different each office is in their security hygiene
Completely biased only manager favourites and those who talk very well are promoted and those who are hard working or hard core techies are given no recognition. Bias bias and shameful practice in Intuit
