Hi, Interested in protocol lab and I am curious about the atmosphere over there, any intel from anyone? I know they just laid off 20% people last month but that's not uncommon these days. I am more curious if development follows a structured roadmap or is this a constellation of projects with poorly defined go to market strategy? I love the technology they have produced and find it very inspiring but curious how it is from the inside.

Great teams, lots of super bright people, good TC despite the poor market. Can't complain. Roadmap is left to each teams, mostly, so lots of ownership :D But most teams aren't necessarily meant to go to market. For the ones that are, they are expected to go to market through their own startups instead.
I’m interested to know this too
