I've been hearing that job market is very hot rn. Recently, I got a chance to interview for FB, MS, etc. But many companies don't even interview me. I got automatic rejection from twilio (had referral), doordash (had referral), keeptruckin (referral), spotify, robinhood, coinbase, etc. To me, the job market doesnt seem too hot.
YOE? <1 may still be rough
I would say <=3 will be rough.
Nah, recruiters have been dying to fill L4 roles and tons of 1-2 YOE people are getting targeted for them
job market is hot, but are you also hot?

Job market is hot for senior and above positions

Where do you currently work? YOE?

I’ve had 4 interviews at Redhat, have a referral from a former coworker that’s been there a while, same team. It’s been 2 months, get an update every 2 weeks. “We’re still waiting for approval to extend an offer’
Market slowdown. Freezing hire. All that fun returning from 2001 and 2011.
Candidates are also in plenty
Same for me w twilio
I can get you a referral. Market is hot as hell with everyone playing job hop potato
