I have a family of 4. We produce photo and video content at a fast rate. Which services / devices do you use to store them all? Some context: We have iPhones to capture content, and own both Google Home Hub and Amazon Echo devices to view random pictures throughout the day. We store everything (1TB and counting) on a NAS device at home, and use a hodgepodge of cloud services as backups. For example, photos go to Amazon Photos (free if you’re a Prime member), videos stay on the NAS, though I’d like to get them to a backup service. Amazon, does charge for video storage. Theres Google Photos which seems to add up as content size starts to grow. There’s iCloud which we don’t use. Trying to determine the best all-in-one service for the best price, as well as hearing what other clever solutions folks are doing / recommend.
Google photos, if you have pixel phone then you get free unlimited storage
Backup the NAS to Backblaze, call it a day.
NAS/private cloud and some docs are sprinkled on the clouds.
Onedrive. Best price.
I pay for Google Drive, pretty cheap annual plans
