I have i140s from both EB2 and EB3 and also have the EAD/APs from the downgrade (EB2 to EB3) I did in Nov 2020. My interfiling was done this month as my PD became current now. Any idea by when I can hope to get my GC? Pls also share how you arrived at your answer (any data from friends/co-workers will be a great addition in comments) Center is Nebraska #workvisa #greencard #i485 #immigration
We have AOS cases filed in 2019, no GC yet. Still within normal processing times - been PD-current all the time (because not from India or China). The wait time is unfortunately super long everybody now because USCIS is super short-staffed and and they get millions of cases every year.
If you are lucky and case gets transferred to NBC from Nebraska then 3-4 months after the transfer is the current trend.
I have seen cases getting approved even less than month after transfer.
Mine just got approved in 70 days total since filing i485
Any idea how that happened or it was all plain luck ? Also, which center did your application go to?
If you send everything together i140 485 and medical, your case gets transferred to NBC. The average processing time these days when you send everything together is between 2 to 3 months
Depends.. which center did it go to? Nebraska says within 34 months for 80% of the cases, if you are lucky you will get before that. You can check the status of each service center online
