Pursue opportunity at another company?

Recently approached by previous manager from FANNG and offered a lateral position with big scope / potential. Attempted, but not sure if it is worth the jump. Pro: - Better WLB: DD is notorious for bad WLB while the other company has better culture - Relationship: I’ve known my previous manager for years and loved working together. You’d always enjoy the work more when you work with ppl you like - Branding: this might be a moot point but think same level at FAANG opens up more doors in the future vs DD Cons: - Promo timeline: I might have a shot at promotion at DD in 12 months but not sure if the title / pay bump is worth the grind (also not sure if DD is a place to stay for the long run). If I jump to another company, that’s another 2 years. - Projects: I’m currently working on something I’m passionate about. The other role is interesting too but kinda feel like I still have unfinished business with my current project How would you choose? TC: 420k (pay will be similar for the other role) Level: E5
