Why Worshipping Lord Ram Important in Hinduism?
The guy’s TC is around $4M and the company pays around $700k for his “business” trips every year. He went to school and became friends with who became later the CEO of the company. The company has one of the strongest HR departments I ever seen when it comes to talent acquisition, but somehow they hired the guy as the COO, apparently they had to because it was the CEO (his friend)’s recommendation. The team the guy is leading are exceptionally smart and doing great job, and if he wasn’t him leading the operations, the company would have been triple the size. The guy’s stupidity is at the extreme to the extent that he constantly turns down great ideas to just keep doing what we are doing, no need to change. The team would suggest to put more effort and time in automating processes and creating innovative tools, and he would just say “no do it manually just like how it has always been done”, “yes, but we are growing and the new volumes need automation to get things done efficiently and accurately”, and he keeps pushing by saying things like “you can stay late to review them manually, and for the human error thing I can hire more people for a second review”. All of the ideas are stupid and outdated. He is extinguishing any idea that could possibly benefit the company. Literally, the only one that think he is smart is the CEO who brought him. We don’t know if he is blackmailing him or what!! Aside from that, the guy brags about his wealth in a young age on every single occasion. Directly and indirectly, internally and on meetings with customers, within context or not. He is not a networker at all. The only networking he ever had is being a friend to who became later the CEO which was complete luck. He is a real dictator that everybody hate to work with. Luckily to him, that’s not known to employees before joining, and HR keeps getting good candidates. Life is really unfair!
Life is inherently unfair.that’s about it .I mean there are morons born to billionaires atleast this dude had to do something to get to where he is .
welcome to the world as it is
Networking isn’t about quantity, it’s about quality. Better to be a friend of a single king than a thousand peasants. And yeah there is nothing fair about networking. Never was.
