I’m currently interviewing for a Salesforce Senior Assoc. role at PwC. What should I expect for TC. Any breakdowns would be great (i.e base, bonus, equity, signing, etc). My qualifications: MS Data Analytics (non-target) BS Economics (non-target) 6+ years working in sales for top 10 global Asset Management firm #consulting #salesforce
Also if you expect to work on data analytics then PwC is not the right place. They do market themselves as a tech firm but it’s pretty mediocre and all you do is work with clients and maintain budgets
Would you mind elaborating? From what I have been told, I’d be consulting on the implementation of salesforce for client firms. Should I expect something different?
No if that’s your domain then you are good. By looking at your masters I thought you were looking for a business intelligence kind of role that doesn’t exists in PwC
Dude run away! Not a great place to work! Use this offer to get some good company!
Would you mind pming me to give me more details? You’re not the first person to say this to me.
Can those details be shared here as well? I have been approached for SAP consulting practice and I am not too keen on starting the interview process
What is your level at the asset management firm? This seems like a step backwards. Sr Associate is usually 5 years experience max.
Pwc down levels like hell and no way they will hire you as a manager. Highly unlikely that you will get top of the band. Be ready to be defined by your utilization number. Bonus is shill and you cant trade many stocks(you trading activity is automatically monitored).

PwC has set salary bands that you can’t negotiate . If you are in a T1/high cost city, expect 105-125k base. Bonus is 5-15%. I’d push for manager if you can, which starts at 140kish base. Education doesn’t matter, unless MBA. They also do have hot skill bonuses, I’m not sure if Salesforce falls into that, but if it does, then except for 10% more? You can’t negotiate salary at PwC, only level (which determines salary).
Thanks. This is super helpful.
Hot skills bonus is 7.5%?
