Hi. I had an initial conversation with a PwC recruiter for a couple of roles recently. She said she will be reverting soon on what specific level I could be considered for since she had a a few roles within that org at different levels. Wanted to understand the different designations at PwC with the average YOE and comp for each. Any insight is much appreciated. The roles are in strategy consulting. Location: Bay Area (however I was told that remote work is an option at PwC) Current TC: 175k YOE: 8 years (over multiple countries - not all in the US) Would require H1B sponsorship since I’m currently on H1B.

There’s a spreadsheet in here with what you’re looking for that shows the cohort bands by COL. https://www.reddit.com/r/Accounting/comments/o6c81e/pwc_2021_compensation_thread/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Also adding to this that, the numbers given in that thread are generally for Audit/Tax/Advisory. It doesn't include their management consulting group, which is Strategy&. Furthermore, since most of the responses don't mention it. A1/A3 = 1-3 YOE S1/S3 = 3-6 YOE M1/M2 = 6-7 YOE SM1/SM2/SM3 = 7-10 YOE D1+ = 9 + the integer YOE Note: This is general guidelines, there are many people who get early promotions and late promotions.
