PwC offer
No salary talks yet but pretty sure I’m getting an offer from PwC after all rounds of interviews went well. I’m a senior II currently at EY about to be Senior III in July. Wondering what TC I should be asking for? I’m currently in Boston planning to stay here. Working in risk assurance.

Senior should be in the low 100s. Our RA salaries have historically been higher than assurance (senior range 80-110ish) but lower than advisory (range 105-130, with adjustments for S&, target MBA, tech etc.). RA salaries are expected to converge, potentially matching the advisory numbers. As S3 I would expect towards the higher end of the range, maybe 120 or 125.
Did the recruiter reach out with a verbal offer already or are you assuming? How long since your final round?
