Thoughts on Automox?
Can't find any posts on Blind. Anyone have insight into the company's culture and likelihood of success? Seems like they're in crazy growth stage where the triple their head count in a year and try to mass market their product.
I too got a call from them(swe role), the recruiter seemed nice to talk to. Though curious to know about the company culture
Got a call from them too. Seems interesting and growing really fast. Also couldn’t find much on here or Glassdoor about them. I agree with other Amazon poster the Glassdoor review about a bunch of engineers leaving isn’t great news, but that also might be due to them vesting their options and looking for a change
The people seem friendly but based on the pieces of info I gathered from the internet and some pointed questions during the interviews I could figure out that they likely had a mass engineering exodus event due to burnout. Just look at their engineers on LinkedIn. You'll hardly find anyone there that's been there for longer than 1 year, which is very odd for a Series C startup.
Having some concerns about diversity there too after looking through LinkedIn.
Yikes I too received a call and checked their Glassdoor, looked sketch. Diversity looks to be a big yikes when I checked on LinkedIn.
Did anyone attend interviews and accepted offer? I got a call from the recruiter as well. Hearing about them for the first time and saw only this thread on blind.
Same here , although recruiter said no Equity which is strange for a pre-ipo company ! Pass

Have you already spoken to the company? Their reviews on Glassdoor were kinds iffy...
