Do you have any competing offers? Old tech, Career and salary growth would be low although you would get good wlb. Only choose if no better alternatives available.

Salary offered is low as well. In current market, can get 30+ in tier-2 companies and 50+ in tier-1 companies for your experience.
At 5+ years shouldn't it be SDE3 and grade G9 ? Also, the salary seems to be on the lower side. And the variable component is not very attractive considering the current situation in travel domai
Offer is quite low for the risk you would be taking(being in airline domain during corona period). My suggestion would be to give interviews and get other offers. Join Amadeus only if alternatives are not any better. Also even in that case, ask for one higher level position. They give SDE-2 starting from 2 years of experience.
