Joining HashiCorp

Would you join HashiCorp right now given everything ? I got an offer that is a lot higher than my current job for the country that I live in. The job title is also a lot better and so is the position. Feeling a little lost given the acquisition. Any advice?

Whats the new TC? Its a great company and acquisitions are not always bad. Twitch still functions like its own company even though it is owned by amazon

We took in all the Amazon bad habits and none of the best practices 😂😂😂 But yes, Amazon is right. Acquisition doesn't always mean bad things

They never paid high like faang for SWE. Don't see that changing either with IBM acquisition

Very likely that HashiCorp folks will see layoffs (all western IBMers are intimately familiar with them)
