Did you have competing offer? Offer definitely low for Seattle and Bay Area, but not sure how it compares to other Austin ones

Typical ICT3 offer except Apple can give pretty high sign on bonus if you have competing offers

In Austin? That is high even for SCV. That is more on par with low-mid ICT4 grants.

7ish years ago, but first FAANG experience
Try asking for more equity, I’ve heard that recruiters can try and work with that depending on your YOE. Base salary is pretty much set.
