It can be taught to your kids when they are young and in growing phase. Although features like height is genetic trait but you can increase it naturally if you teach them to repeat couple of exercises which exerts some pressures on joints. 2 of them are very important which I personally used to get taller height. I am 6’3 and used to do these exercise frequently. No one in my closest family is above 6. Also don’t let your kids pick up weights and lift before 18. It can stunt the height as till 18 it is growth period. Whereas you can use weights in your favour by attaching them around the waist using belt and by doing pull ups on the bar. Core idea is to stretch backbone during growing phase.
Genetics, diet and general exercise are the most important factors in your height. There is no height-inducing exercise. There would always be anecdotes where someone increased their height by hanging upside down from a tree, but those are just anecdotes.
You yourself included exercises. To attain or hit certain muscle groups you gotta do specific exercises You can’t say to get abs. Do barbell curls
