Hello Guys, PP is live and I got a confirmation from my attorney that they will upgrade my transfer and also they are swamped so probably they will initiate my upgrade on Monday the 18th , Once initiated what is the how much time does it usually take for USCIS to accept it and start the 15 day SLA? Before April 1st should be fine. Afterwards you might as well file for regular.

No but it would be a hell lot of work load if everyone including cap applications will be filing for pp.
