Pandora employees?
Does anyone know someone who works at pandora? Need to talk to these crooks and they have no published numbers.
Pandora is going down. Whole management is changed in last 1 year. Employees are jumping ship too. If you want to curse them then i can give you my manager's number π€£. I am ex panda.

Here is what happened. I used to have a pandora premium account which i cancelled 4 years ago. My account was hacked (according to pandora) the email associated with the account was changed (without any confirmation to my email) and the credit card was somehow still allowed to be associated. So they wound up billing me three years in a row. They refuse to refund me even though they admit they know the account was compromise (on their end).
Lol most depressing post I have seen on here, wahhhh I make over 6 figures but bitching at the employees of a company because I feel slighted will make a difference. Wahhhh. Get real, your a PM, if I didn't agree with a business decision and I bitched to you that the customer wouldn't like it tell me how many ways you can phrase "tough cookies".
Did they rip you off for you $9 subscription fee π’
$150 over three years, which doesn't really matter but it's the principle that bothers me.
