Is it worth to take a paycut to join athenahealth over norton?

I have received an offer from NortonLifeLock that requires relocation from Bangalore to Chennai. However, due to my current personal situation, relocating is not possible. Therefore, I am considering travelling to Chennai on a weekly basis. I am also interviewing with athenahealth for a position in Bangalore. I have almost made it, but their budget is significantly lower than NortonLifeLock's offer. The HR mentioned that he will explore what options are available and has not provided a final decision yet. I'm currently facing a dilemma: should I consider taking a pay cut to join athenahealth? Current TC: 9.25L base + 50K bonus + 2L Joining bonus(which I have to return) Offered TC: 16.5L base + 1.65 perf bonus + 5L RSU + 1L relocation YOE: 1 #tech
