SAP Concur Compensation and Employment
I am considering applying to a Senior Manager: Market Development position at SAP Concur and I'm curious what to expect for TC? I'm also interested in hearing what people's interview experience for non-tech and/or employment experience was like. 8YOE 235k TC
$235k TC is not unreasonable for a T4+ position. Senior Manager should be T4 pay grade. T4-1 is about $180k on the low-side... T4-2 is middle pay grade. T4-3 is upper pay grade step. T4-3 upper bound is around $350k? Give or take.
Went through the phone screen and was told TC target for the position was $145k ($90k base, $55k variable). It was so far off it wasn't worth continuing through the interviews. The recruiter said they were surprised to so see I was interested coming from Amazon after I said the TC was way off.
TC will be peanuts. Your current TC is something someone at SAP will get after 15 YoE
