How is working at C3 AI?
Looking for insights from anyone who has worked at C3 AI. How is the culture, quality of talent and quality of products?
You are required to be in the office 9-5 M-F. No exceptions. Need to leave at 4:30? Take half day PTO. Product itself is terrible. The platform is just a way to quickly standup applications for demos but doesnβt scale at all. Every engineer tries their hardest to not use the platform. Speaking of engineers. Every engineer is currently leaving or has left. Non-stop deadlines. People work holidays, during their PTO, while having surgery they will respond on teams.

I read an article about the founder, Siebel, and what kind of culture he created at C3. It was very unflattering and aligned with above experience. Plus about 4 years ago, they acquired the industrial digital division of a large company. They wanted their Scientist too. But all my collegaes left in a few months.
