Big tech BD Roles

Current L6 tech bd at AWS, almost 5 YOE in role with high performance reviews, not really seeing clear path to promo with current new manager. About 20 YOE overall in mostly in sales, business development, and a few in software engineering. Current TC around 330K. Think it’s time to see what else is out there. Starting to look around for tech bd/business development roles and would be interested to hear from others who might have made a similar move. I know it’s team dependent but curious about the work and culture you’ve seen or experienced. Looking for growth opportunities, collaboration, and managers who know who to develop people. Curious to know if I could go for a AWS L7 equivalent role at other companies like Meta, Google, Netflix (open to others as well but can only tag three. And obviously by bringing examples of track record) and what the pay range would be ?
