Just wondering if anyone has data on what the TC would generally look like for an “early career” (2-5 YOE) SWE at millennium, especially in their “LEaD” program? Levels has data all over the place and also a lot of data that feels super low for NYC-based hedge fund employees so wondering if anyone here has more data. TC: ~200 YOE: ~2
Its data is all over the place because millennium is run like a federation of a few hundred mini hedge funds each with its own pay comp determination.
600-800k
For 2-3 YOE? I guess I could see it for 5+ based on what I’ve seen elsewhere but 600k for 2-3 YOE seems outrageously high
I don’t know where the above numbers come from lol. I reckon Millennium pays less than Citadel HRT etc
Yeah that was my thought too. If I’m not mistaken, citadel seems to do ballpark 300-400 so I was anticipating closer to 225-325 for millennium

Lead is relatively new and is strictly Miami office. TC Probably roughly around what msft is paying you right now for your YOE. Could be a bit higher or a bit lower. Its free to apply (:
Is that normal for SWE’s at the company?
for back-office roughly yea with that amount of YOE. Front office is would make more as they are closer to the money but that TC varies.
Millennium does not pay that much until you go up the ranks
Can u refer me to a senior swe role?
