Please help me choose, stuck in a situation

I recently joined this company 3 months ago and due to relocation issues I decided to leave. Current TC (Nortonlifelock): 23.15L (16.5L base) Offered TC (Morgan Stanley): 19.5L (16.10L base) YOE: 1.4 Morgan Stanley is not providing any stock options, which I currently have in my current company. The thing is I am barely getting any calls. In the past three months, I've had four interviews, and this one is the highest paying among them.
