160K is too low as stocks are at ATH & headed lower post July.
Base seems pretty good, stock may have some wiggle room as I know some 63s who got similar stock offers. Sign on seems low as I’ve seen 63s get 50k over two years, but to be fair that was when the market was much hotter. Either way congrats on the offer 😊.
Ya the recruiter cited the economy as driving the sign-on figure. They said the compensation team is very aware they have the upper hand and are sticking to their guns on cash
