I’ve seen people make the move in other direction as well, especially to the research teams. Qualcomm has dedicated research org and they do some really good work.

Pretty good work culture and work life balance. Apart from usual benefits, depending on the team, get to file a lot of patents.

Office is okay, not at all fancy but we have individual cabins as compared to cubes
