If FTC wins, all consumers will lose. Apple will continue to raise prices and take away features (or charge for them), Samsung and Huawei will follow, OnePlus and Xiaomi will be less competitive which is what Apple is really after.

Apple charges 100/200$ for 2 dollar memory and cries to FTC that QUALCOMM charges too much for essential technology needed for a smartphone, unclear to say who will win ! Clear FTC has to see who is charging end customer unfairly
