They liquidated everyone’s stock with the SAP buyout. At least in speaking with those I know there, they didn’t re-issue new stock to employees pre-ipo.
Hoping that I’m wrong. Love seeing a Utah tech giant do well already and hoping those inside the company are sharing in this.
They did issue new grants, but at current IPO price and with a 4 year vest cycle with a 1 year-cliff

Yes, but they spin off Qualtrics today to be independent.
It wasn't spun off, they create a stub stock. Only 20% of the shares were sold, and less than half of that is free float. SAP maintains 98% of voting rights and will still report results in its financial statements.
