How high can Qualtrics L5 offer go? Recruiter came up with an initial offer around 325K TC. Base: 170K Stock: 500K Sign on: 10K Can I ask for 190K base, 700K stock and 40K sign on? This should be close to 400K TC or is it outside of L5 range for Qualtrics?#tech #Qualtrics#qualtrics

Thats L6 range.
I saw couple of recent L5 offers posted on levels.fyi that were along the lines of my ask. For L6, i saw base more than 200K and stock grants were close to 1M.
Do you know when I need to join to be eligible for the 2022 stock refreshers?
