Any information on Qualtrics Refreshers and raises? Are they good, bad or non-existent. TC: 520K
Thank you, any idea on L6/L7?
No
OP what level offer you got?
L5+ is 180k for ME. Could be more I guess for L6.
Are these yearly at the time of annual review to be vested over 4 years?
Yes yearly. This policy was announced post ipo. So our first refresher grant would be early 2022.
I think L6 was 250k for on target refresher
Wow, that must surely be helping with retention.
I'm not complaining :)
L6 is 260k for meets, 350k+ for exceed probably. L7 is 400k for meets!
L6 target comp seems to be $500k for meets and L7 around $700k.
I am expecting L6 or L7 offer, any idea what comp should I be expecting?
Wow it seems qualtrics upped their comp after they went public
It was decent before, but separation from SAP seems to be good for comp planning so far.
OP are you sure you got right level ? Your TC is 520 and you got L4 ( that’s what new grad got ) , what’s your YOE ?
That was someone else that got L4, and L3 is new grad
Have a follow up question from qualtrics folks - using the same thread. My friend is expecting an offer from qualtrics and already have offer for 320k TC from another company whose offer deadline is coming , can qualtircs beat that offer , just wondering if he should wait for qualtrics results or not. Interview level is L5 , YOE 8-9
He can let the recruiter know about the deadline, so the HC can be expedited. That said, I think chances are Q might beat that for L5.
Thanks , so it looks like even if Q doesn’t beat it , refreshers at L5 should be able to narrow the gap and May exceed other company comp. one thing not sure if this refresher is one time thing due to stock dropping or it will remain at this level moving forward.
Any idea how refreshers are for PM roles? Across levels like L5/L6?
The problem is you'll work at Qualtrics, where leaders have never led before
L4 is 100k / 4 years
Where did you get this number? Recruiter today told me ~10% of initial equity in refreshers.
Ooh, that could make sense. Mine would be 250k -> 25k/yr -> *4 yrs = 100k
