I’m on collect platform and really enjoy it. I’m obviously biased but I think it’s one of the best engineering orgs to be in at Qualtrics. Great manager and people, and at the core part of the product.

Things are very team-dependent. Engineering culture isn't that great, as tech debt is high, tooling is extremely poor, and skill is mediocre to poor, but the work-life balance is great, comp is decent, and promotions are easy because of the weak competition. We're definitely a sales-focuses company. On-call varies a lot depending on the team and org. I've been here much longer than most of the company and have had lots of growth. I could make more elsewhere, but I work so few hours currently that the increase wouldn't be worth the extra stress. Growth is pretty good here since you'll get to wear a lot of hats and have lots of influence. Provo has a better culture than Seattle, but be aware that a very high percentage of the company there is Mormon and most hires are from BYU.
