The real depth is something like 30 percent of staff. - many roles are being moved to lower cost of living countries which are not counted in the 780. We estimate another 700 people being outsourced
That's horrible behavior. We used to live in UT and have several friends at Qualtrics that portrayed itself as a "family." I am not surprised since Qualtrics was bought by Silver Lake just 6 months ago. The same thing happened at Ancestry after it went private with the help of Silver Lake and several other private equity firms

How is Meta? They have a position opened in my area that falls in my field. After I get things sorted I might apply for it. Not all layoffs were bad, I was killing myself but anxious about jumping to something worse. Now anything looks better haha.
