What do RSUs look like at Qualtrics? Specially looking at new offer coming post SAP acquisition

I came in as a new grad and my RSUs are currently worth a bit over 100k. But the valuation when I took the offer was more like 30k. I believe we are competitive for experienced hires. It's a great place to work tbh.

RSUs are over three years and vest as cash. Overall pretty solid. Only question mark for me still is refreshers, especially with 3 year schedules.
Low af Take the salary and as soon as SAP pay structure crippled the org, leave.
