I am now preping for google PM interview. I saw some people got asked questions like, tell me a product you don’t like and how would you improve? What are the interviewers looking for? Are they looking for an answer that targeting certain customer segment then go thru the product design framework or they just want to know how do I evaluate a product? Would love to get some insight from interviewers:) thanks!
I thin you need to think from different personas perspective. As a user what features you dont like and what xan be improved from UX and functionality. From a technologist or PM why you dont like, get into specifics and talk about how you can improve it
Thanks!
