I’ve seen it on LinkedIn and the Glassdoor reviews are insane- wanted to know if anyone knows anything about this place specifically the New York Office! Hoping to get into Strategy and Operations #traba #strategy
intense, just read the articles about the ceo and company and they’re proudly boasting employees coming in during the weekends if grinding is your thing then i think you’ll love it
I know a founding engineer there. His base is 450k, apparently they have insane benefits and even give you a pto fund to fund your trips
Highly highly doubt this… maybe for a select few early people Barely got them to go above my current (at the time) base
Trash place.. all ego.. no results
Read glass door
I interviewed there and had extensive conversations post-offer. Do not work there. I heavily considered it, and not taking that offer was the best decision of my life. Pay is shit, unless they get you drunk on the kool aid. They offered a 10 or 15k bump above my previous base, when I pushed all they would say is my equity would be worth 10s of millions. They anti-sell, they are clear about what they expect (996) which is better than a bait and switch I suppose. They basically harassed me to take the offer nonstop after they gave it. I said I needed time, wanted paper offer and time to think. They pressured me on a call to give a “verbal yes” so they could write the paper offer. One day later, an old manager & friend sent me their Glassdoor reviews, and I decided I was out. Emailed to decline, zero response to this day. Overall terrible experience, but felt some insane highs drinking their cool aid throughout the process. They make you feel like you’re going to be a part of the next tech royalty (literally, $1T, they say this all the time) but it’s all a sham. Beware!
Hey, i’ve seen this before….
They removed their 996 working culture from their career website, like working on weekends. But yeah definitely seems toxic
I heard they work 12 hour days
