Questions about contracting job

Got reached out for a meta contract to hire gig by Collabera that peaked my interested since my ultimate goal is to transition into tech. I looked up Collabera on Glassdoor and they seemed pretty decent. I was wondering if anyone has any other contracting agency they know of or have experience with that would be a good choice instead. Along with what TC I should be expect since no benefits :( Also an addition question, do the contract agencies provide relocation if you need to be onsite?
