What are the biggest challenges they face in their role, common objections, what’s the SQL volume like, what is the team culture like (is everyone at each other’s throats or are they supportive & share best practices?), what’s the onboarding process like, what do they think someone new to the role would struggle with initially, how attainable does quota feel.
Depending on how many YOE they have at the company, another good one to ask is why they stay there.
