Should I accept this offer?
I have an offer from HCL IOMC with 30 percent hike. They are accepting my 90 days notice period. I don’t want to join WITCH. But no one else is accepting 90 days notice. What should I do? If I accept this offer and I cannot find a product company, i will be in trouble. Moreover the work life balance is quite good now and doing WFH. I’m not prepared for DSA as of now. HCL is asking me to come to Bangalore office leaving my WFH. HCL is also asking me to fill form 11 and Form 2 which are PF forms and I don’t want to sign them before onboarding. Looks like a trap to me. Currently TC 23LPA HCL offer 30LPA YOE: 5
Your career is doomed with HCL, you can accept HCL offer and try else where
True. But I’m not DS/Algo ready yet and the current market doesn’t seem to be good. I have got calls from Volvo, HPE and even they are not ready to give 30LPA So taking this HCL offer will be a big gamble. Moreover they want me to fill PF forms now only. If they create my pf account on the date of joining, it will be trouble
