RF HW engineer. What are my options?
Just got MS and did not get recognition financially. Research says I’m getting below market rate. Work is boring and slow. Feels like the hole gets deeper the longer I stay. Made the jump from defense to commercial in an RF HW role, not a big software guy so I never considered it; lots of room to grow in RF, especially with a masters (I got mine as well)
Mind if I DM you to ask about your transition out of defense?
Do you have any tips on transitioning out, skillset-wise? It feels like I’m not getting any bites
