Do you really want to join Yahoo?
Well, the other offers I have are Juniper and Dell. The work is not anywhere near good at Juniper and Dell, compensation seemed too low, around 30k less, what would you suggest?
Are you a new grad? If yes, go with highest TC. All companies you mentioned are in same league. If you’re not a new grad, keep looking and you will find a better one. Work is not great at Yahoo either, people just come to get a paycheck. No one cares about work anymore.
You can negotiate 20k more on base
This is TC for new grad joining at IC2 level
That’s a good offer. Welcome to Verizon Media! Ignore the naysayers and find your people in the company. I never expected to stay at Yahoo/VZM as long as I have but I enjoy my work, have gotten promotions, and have no plans to leave. 👍
I am a also a new grad hired as IC3. One thing I woulds suggest is don’t look at TC. Don’t just look at TC. I had way better offers than you from LinkedIn and Adobe but I still joined Yahoo because I liked the team and the work they were doing and believe me I don’t regret it an inch.

horrible company. your TC math assumes 100% bonus funding. that is absolutely not going to be the case.
Lol, that's a great intro to a company I am about to go to
Negotiate equity to 40/4 and 5k more signon. Stay a year for first vest and then bail.
