How well is Flexport India doing ? Salary band for SMB 2
Hi people , I am in an interview with Flexport India . Got to know they have small team and they are expanding it in Asia region . Have been in a fit after reading all bads about them in here . Still curious if they are going to improve in India . So how are they expanding , is it sustainable ? Engineers are like a tech support to this company so I guess not much of focus on their well being . Expecting no culture as they are small in here . Whats the salary band they can provide for SMB 2? Comment about other benefits that they offer like CTC , health and all . Please do comment down what to expect in market for SDE2 engineer in India for 3+ YOE from flexport or any company in general. Don't waste your time, it's a sinking ship. Management is terrible, the culture is exploitative and toxic. I have been working for flexport for the last 3 years and I can't wait to leave tbh. Just my 2 cents
People are dramatic. India team is doing well and there are lots of growth opportunities there. US engineers are fucked but India/China has lots of good engineering opportunities in Flexport
Are you interviewing there ? Or thinking to apply ? I interviewed at Flexport, didn't feel good vibes during the process. Recruiter lied that they don't allow Remote, But the interviewer in India said they are Remote and it's individual choice. Interviewer was not friendly or collaborative and he annoyingly answered my questions at the end of interview lol Reviews from Flexport people on Blind has been negative anyway
